Drone Show Bali Price List & Packages

Drone show prices in Bali start at IDR 374,625,000 for a 100-drone show. Our full price list is 100 drones for IDR 374,625,000, 150 drones for IDR 541,125,000, 200 drones for IDR 693,750,000, 300 drones for IDR 999,000,000 and 500 drones for IDR 1,595,625,000. Every package includes custom show design, a licensed flight crew and the required flight permits.

The rate per drone decreases as your show grows: IDR 3,746,250 per drone at 100 drones, IDR 3,607,500 per drone at 150 drones, IDR 3,468,750 per drone at 200 drones, IDR 3,330,000 per drone at 300 drones and IDR 3,191,250 per drone at 500 drones. Choosing a larger fleet lowers the cost of every drone in the sky by up to 15%.

Each package includes CroStar III show drones with free backup drones, the ground control system, a site assessment, a dress rehearsal two days before the event and a 10–15 minute show. Design is included too: 10–15 custom formations, a storyboard, a 3D simulation and a documentation video. Licensed remote pilots, safety officers, all flight permits, and crew transport, tickets, accommodation and meals are covered as well.

Yes. We process and cover the aviation permits: the flight permit from LANUD when required, SETMILPRES clearance if your venue is inside the Presidential security ring, the NOTAM from AirNav Indonesia, and approvals from DKPPU and DNP at the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation. Venue and local event permits remain the client’s responsibility.

A 60% down payment confirms your booking and must be paid no later than 14 working days before the rehearsal, so the flight permit process can start in time. The remaining 40% is due no later than two days before the event.

If rain prevents the drones from flying, the show is rescheduled to another date agreed by both parties. Alternatively, the payments received are refunded with a deduction of 50% of the total package price.

Yes. If the show cannot take place because the required flight permits could not be obtained, or because of a technical issue that is Drone Show Bali’s responsibility, 100% of the payments received are refunded to you.

The launch area is provided by the client. As a guide, plan for 400 m² for 100 drones, 400 m² for 150 drones, 600 m² for 200 drones, 800 m² for 300 drones and 1,300 m² for 500 drones. Our team confirms the exact layout during the site assessment at your venue.

We recommend booking at least 30–45 days before your event. Show design takes about two weeks including two revisions, flight programming takes another two weeks, and the down payment must be received at least 14 working days before rehearsal to secure the flight permits.
